Dreaming of Sunnier Days Ahead

Jennifer Westfall, CEO of Te Mana Travels, during a hike in Maupiti, Tahiti.

Like everyone, we are watching and processing the immense effects the COVID-19 pandemic is bringing upon the world. We are safe, healthy and feel extremely fortunate to be experiencing quarantine on our home island Tahaa. With all travel and tourism completely shut down in order to protect these islands, life has gotten very quiet here… very quickly. Although we worry about our loved ones from afar, this time of quietness has also lended itself to an even deeper appreciation for the beauty and simplicity that this part of the world has in such abundance. Each sunrise and sunset seems more meaningful and a bit more precious.

While we don’t know how long we will collectively be riding out this storm, we have a deep trust that there are SUNNIER DAYS AHEAD. Times to explore the world, perhaps with a deeper sense of freedom, appreciation and awe.

For now, we continue to dream about our passion for sharing the islands of Tahiti with you one day in the near future. We hope your wanderlust remains alive and well from the safety of your home.

From our heart to yours, we send all our best wishes for health and wellness to everyone.
